Our 3,000㎡ standardized factory houses full production & warehouse zones with 127–450 staff and 15+ R&D/QC specialists. 5+ automatic assembly lines deliver 100,000 pieces daily for connectors & junction boxes, as well as 1500V DC gPV solar fuse, TÜV UL solar inline fuse for PV system and utility scale PV array gPV fuse. Automated Production Equipment

We operate a full self-supporting production chain with auto injection molding, copper stamping, multi-station assembly and wire harness lines. In-house mold workshop enables fast customized mold development, automated processing ensures consistent product quality and high efficiency for connectors, junction boxes and all types of gPV solar fuses.

Strict QC System

Our independent test lab owns complete equipment for IP68 waterproof, high voltage, thermal cycle and aging tests. We follow 4-step inspection: raw material check, online patrol, 100% finished test and pre-shipment sampling. All products including 1500V DC gPV solar fuse and TÜV UL solar inline fuse for PV system pass ISO9001, TÜV, CE, RoHS and REACH certifications.

YEPV SUPPLY CO., LTD (YePV) owns full-stack independent design & R&D capacity covering PV electrical connection components, protection devices and complete PV system solutions. We integrate electrical circuit design, mechanical structural optimization, waterproof & safety structure development, BIPV special customization and system matching design, supporting both standard product iteration and full ODM customized development for residential, commercial, industrial PV and EPC projects. All design outputs comply with global mainstream PV safety standards including TÜV, CE and IEC, to deliver safe, cost-effective and easy-to-install PV hardware solutions worldwide.

Electrical Design

Our electrical R&D team optimizes current transmission loss, high-voltage insulation and overcurrent protection structure. We conduct simulation verification for 1000V/1500V DC high-voltage scenarios, rapid emergency shutdown circuit logic and anti-arc structure design, effectively lowering fire hazards of PV systems under abnormal operation. All electrical designs pass TÜV third-party testing to meet IEC 62852 and global grid safety requirements.

Mechanical & Environmental Structure Design

IP68 sealed enclosure design for outdoor long-term exposure with anti-corrosion alloy matching for coastal, desert and high-temperature environments. Modular cost optimization such as multi-position shared waterproof enclosures (e.g. 4-switch shared housing) cuts overall system procurement cost. Professional MCB lockout structure keeps circuit breakers locked at OFF during maintenance. High-tension aluminum alloy and UL94-V0 flame-retardant plastic balance durability, weight and installation convenience.

BIPV & Special Scenario Custom Design

We provide targeted structural design for building integrated photovoltaic projects, adapting to thin-film module edge wiring, hidden wiring layout and building facade installation constraints. We also support customized wiring harness design for solar street light, hybrid solar lighting and off-grid micro-energy storage systems.

System-Level PV Solution Design

DC isolation & emergency shutdown scheme design for commercial and industrial PV plants; PV combiner box internal circuit layout with fuse and breaker matching; complete wiring harness matching for distributed rooftop stations; and safety protection system design covering earth fault, overcurrent and arc fault prevention — oriented to EPC contractors, asset owners and O&M teams.

Standard Compliance Design System

TÜV safety standard for high-voltage PV connectors, junction boxes and DC isolators; CE EU electromagnetic compatibility and safety requirements; IEC international PV component specifications; UL flame retardant & insulation standards for plastic and metal parts. Every new product completes full reliability verification before mass production, including high-low temperature cycle, water immersion, aging, tensile and short-circuit testing.

Ten-step process from raw material to shipment

Raw Material Screening (IQC)

All incoming copper terminals, flame-retardant plastic, PV cables and accessories are sampled and tested. Unqualified raw materials are rejected before entering production to eliminate hidden risks at source.

Precision Machining

Automatic stamping, injection molding and multi-station assembly lines process parts with micron-level precision. In-line inspectors check dimensions and appearance continuously to avoid defective semi-finished goods.

Withstand Voltage Test

Every finished unit passes 1500VDC high voltage insulation test to prevent electric leakage and short circuit in PV systems.

Flame Retardancy Test

Plastic housing samples undergo UL94 flame retardant testing to meet fire safety standards for outdoor solar installations.

Power-On Conduction Test

100% full electrical test for circuit connectivity, stable contact resistance and normal power transmission performance.

Accelerated Aging Test

Products run cyclic high-low temperature and UV aging tests to simulate long-term outdoor harsh working conditions and verify service life.

Finished Product Sampling Inspection (OQC)

Random batch sampling covers waterproof grade, mechanical lock structure and plug durability; only qualified batches move to packaging.

Dust-Free Sealed Packaging

Products are cleaned and packed in dust-free workshop with anti-static neutral export cartons to avoid scratch and contamination during transit.

Pre-Shipment Export Inspection

QC team rechecks quantity, labeling, packing integrity and attaches full TÜV/CE test reports for overseas customs clearance.
