Yes. Our MC4 compatible inline fuse connector housing fits mainstream MC4 interface standards, including Stäubli MC4-EVO2 and general MC4 solar connectors. It can be paired with standard PV cables without additional adapters.

Not exactly. Breaking capacity only determines the maximum short-circuit current the fuse can safely cut off. For small rooftop solar systems with low short-circuit current, standard 10kA gPV fuses fully meet safety requirements with lower cost. For large ground PV stations and energy storage systems with high parallel short-circuit current, high breaking capacity 20kA / 30kA fuses are mandatory to avoid arc burning risks. We supply both standard and high breaking capacity gPV fuses for different PV project demands.
