This policy explains what information YEPV collects when you browse this site or send us an enquiry, how it is used and how long it is kept.
We only collect the information you voluntarily submit through our enquiry forms: name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the technical details of your project. Our web server also records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and traffic analysis.
Enquiry data is used exclusively to prepare quotations, technical proposals, samples and shipping documents. It is shared internally with our sales engineers and, where a shipment is involved, with the forwarder handling your order. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Enquiry records are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the statutory export-document retention period. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing riley.zee@yepvsupply.com.
